HOW TO ENTER

While preparing your entries:
  • When preparing your submission for Foxglove awards, please review the entry criteria carefully.
  • Please ensure that your submission contains sufficient information. Do include relevant facts and figures where possible. Some categories may ask you to include details of a particular initiative (For e.g. Best Innovation in Digital, Mobile Marketing campaign etc.). Kindly select those that best promote your expertise.
Post Registration:
  • Once you register for the submission, login credentials for your entry account will be generated and emailed to you. You can use your entry account to add or delete your submissions for the awards and create a wishlist of entries and submit the final ones by adding those to the cart.
  • Also, we publish winners' gallery of work in the book called Foxglove Showcase. Please ensure that you submit high-res version of the creative.
  • The contact details you provide in your entry form will be used throughout the awards process. If these details change after the form has been submitted, please send your new contact information by email to [email protected] or [email protected]
Post entry submission:
  • This entity name and address quoted in the registration form will be used for further correspondence relating to your entry, including any notification of shortlisting(*), so please do cross-check this, particularly if your company has submitted more than one entry in any category.
  • Please note that we will use the company name rather than that of the project or team in our coverage.
How to make effective entries?

Mantras for making an impactful award entry:

  • Stick to the word limit - short & crisp fits the bill
  • Avoid PR jargon & back your words with relevant facts instead
  • For e.g. 'Synergies' were created or Integration was ‘seamless’ but 'How?'
  • Write persuasively
  • Include supporting evidence
  • Ensure the links you submit are accessible
  • Don't forget to take a thumbs up from your client
  • PROOFREAD & ensure there are no spelling and grammatical errors.

Rules

Eligibility:
  • Foxglove Awards was established in 2015 with the primary objective of spotting and rewarding original creative work in marketing communication from young agencies (creative, OOH, media, digital, design etc.).
  • Other than agencies, any entity – web publishers, content creators, design and production house – can also apply as long as it is 12 years old or less.
  • Entries from freelancers and individuals will not be accepted.
National & Regional Entries or Both:

Companies can choose to compete in one of three ways:

  • National: To compete against the best and brightest from all over India.
  • Regional: To pit your work against the best from your region, click here
  • Both National and Regional: If you'd like to enter the same piece of work in both National and Regional contests.
Entry Guidelines:
  • A single piece of work can be entered in more than one category or sub category.
  • A single piece of work can be entered in Regional, National, or both.
  • Please ensure that the entries submitted to the afaqs! Foxglove Awards should have been released between April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
  • Entries submitted should have been approved by the client before submission.
  • The afaqs! and Foxglove Awards team reserves the right to use the submissions for promotions.
  • All the entries (other than English or Hindi) must be translated into English for the better understanding of the jury. In the case of video, please use subtitles.
  • Please ensure that you submit a high-resolution version of the creative.
Results:
  • The decision of the jury would be final and binding.
  • There would be no shortlist of entries and winners would be announced on the website.
Mode of Payment:
  • The payment can be made online by credit/debit cards, net banking or via cheques.
  • Please make your Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft payable to "Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd" in INR only, and mail the same at Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd, B-112, 4th Floor, Sector 64, Noida – 201301..
  • The entry will be considered accepted only when the entry fees has reached us (in case of net banking and cheques). For pricing details, kindly visit the Registration page .

Judging Process

Judging Process:
  • All the entries submitted are first scanned by a jury of young, well-known creative talent
  • The shortlisted work is then presented to top creative bosses.
  • Each piece of work will be judged by the members of the Jury. The shortlist so created is then sent to the grand jury members. In each case, they will judge on the scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is poor and 10 is exceptional.
  • To get a gold, a piece of work should not only be the top scorer in its category but should also get an average score of at least 7 points in National. Similarly, the minimum score for silver and bronze are 6 and 5 for National. For entries participating in any of the four regions, the minimum scores necessary are 6 for gold, 5 for silver and 4 for gold.
Judging Criteria:
  • Foxglove Awards aim to identify and celebrate original creative marketing communication from young entities, less than 12 years old.
  • The jury would be judging the entries basis only the submitted material.
  • The jury will be advised to gauge entries on the basis of idea, content, design and engagement.
