India’s biggest award for young agencies

a. While preparing your entries:
  • When preparing your submission for Foxglove Awards, please review the entry criteria carefully.
  • Please ensure that your submission contains sufficient information. Do include relevant facts and figures where possible. Some categories may ask you to include details of a particular initiative. Kindly select those that best prove your point.
b. Post Registration:
  • Once you register for the submission, login credentials for your entry account will be generated and emailed to you. You can use your entry account to add or delete your submissions for the awards.
  • The contact details you provide in your entry form will be used throughout the awards process. If these details change after the form has been submitted, please send your new contact information by email to [email protected] or [email protected].
c. Post entry submission:
  • The entity name and address quoted in the registration form will be used for further correspondence relating to your entry.
  • Please note that we will use the company name rather than that of the project or team in our coverage.
d. National & Regional Entries or Both:
  • National: Compete against the best and brightest from all over India in a category.
  • Regional: Contest against only the best from your region. Eg entries from the South in a particular category will be compared only with other entries from that region.
  • Both National & Regional: The same piece of work can be entered in both National & Regional contests for an attractive discount!
  • Note: An agency may choose to make some entries at a National level and others at a Regional level. Or it could enter them in 'Both'.
e. How to make effective entries?
  • Stick to the word limit - short & crisp fits the bill
  • Avoid PR jargon & back your words with relevant facts instead. For e.g. 'Synergies' were created or Integration was 'seamless' but 'How?'.
  • Write persuasively
  • Include supporting evidence
  • Ensure the links you submit are accessible
  • Don't forget to take a thumbs up from your client
  • PROOFREAD & ensure there are no spelling and grammatical errors.

a. Eligibility:
  • Foxglove Awards was established in 2015 with the primary objective of spotting and rewarding original creative work in marketing communication from young agencies (creative, OOH, media, digital, design etc.).
  • Other than agencies, any entity – web publishers, content creators, design and production houses – can also apply as long as it is 12 years old or less.
  • Entries from freelancers and individuals will not be accepted.
  • All work submitted should have an approval from the client.
b. National & Regional Entries or Both:

Companies can choose to compete in one of three ways:

  • National: To compete against the best and brightest from all over India in a category.
  • Regional: To contest against only the best from your region. Eg entries from the South in a particular category will be compared only with other entries from that region. click here.
  • Both - National and Regional: The same piece of work can be entered in both National & Regional contests for an attractive discount!
c. Entry Guidelines:
  • A single piece of work can be entered in more than one category or sub category.
  • A single piece of work can be entered in Regional, National, or both.
  • Please ensure that the entries submitted to the afaqs! Foxglove Awards should have been released for between April 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022.
  • Entries should be approved by the clients.
  • All the entries (other than English or Hindi) must be translated into English for a better understanding of the jury. In the case of video, please use subtitles.
d. Results:
  • The decision of the jury will be final and binding.
  • There will be no shortlist issued before the final awards ceremony. However, the shortlisted entries will be given excellence certificates after the announcement of the awards.
  • An agency which wins a Gold metal in National for a piece of work will automatically be excluded from the Regional for the same work. But in the case of Silver and Bronze in National, the agency will still be eligible to win a metal in Regional as well.
e. Mode of Payment:
  • The payment can be made online by credit/debit cards, net banking or via cheques.
  • Please make your Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft payable to "Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd" in INR only, and mail the same at Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd, B-112, 4th Floor, Sector 64, Noida 201301.

a. Process:
  • All the entries submitted are first scanned by a jury of young, well-known creative talent
  • The shortlisted work is then presented to top creative bosses.
  • Each piece of work will be judged by the members of the Jury. The shortlist so created is then sent to the grand jury members. In each case, they will judge on the scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is poor and 10 is exceptional.
  • To get a gold, a piece of work should not only be the top scorer in its category but should also receive a score of at least 7 points from the Jury. Similarly, the minimum scores for silver and bronze are 6 and 5.
b. Criteria:
  • Foxglove Awards aim to identify and celebrate original creative marketing communication from young entities, less than 12 years old.
  • The jury will be advised to gauge entries on the basis of idea, content, design, and engagement.
